Good to know
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We set everything up. We add one line of code to your website, or send it to your web developer. It works on almost any website, such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify and Squarespace.
What happens if the bot doesn't know an answer?
It doesn't guess. The bot honestly says it isn't sure and hands the visitor over to you, for example with a notification by email or WhatsApp. That way customers never get wrong information.
Can the bot really book appointments?
The bot collects everything needed for an appointment (service, name, date, time and contact details) and checks your opening hours. The request reaches you immediately. Where your calendar supports it, we can also connect it directly.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
We connect the bot to a business number through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. This requires verifying your business with Meta, and we'll help you with that. Meta may charge for certain messages. Those fees are not included in our price.
What about privacy and the GDPR?
You remain the owner of the conversations. We only process data on your instructions and sign a data processing agreement with you. Our privacy statement lists the (sub-)processors we use.
What exactly does it cost?
€199 one-off for the setup, then €49 per month (excluding VAT). This covers hosting, maintenance, updates and support. During the 14-day trial you pay nothing.
Am I tied to a contract?
No. After the trial, the subscription can be cancelled monthly, effective at the end of the current month.
Which languages does the bot speak?
Dutch and English by default. The bot recognises which language the visitor writes in. Other languages are possible on request.
